Data Collection & Processing We collect necessary data to authenticate accounts, perform KYC identity verification, facilitate milestone escrow payments, and enforce freelancer contracts. ### 2. Instant Message Translation & Third-Party Disclosure Jusoor offers optional instant message translation between Arabic and English. When requested or enabled, message text is securely transmitted to enterprise translation providers (Google Cloud Translation, DeepL Enterprise, Microsoft Azure Translator). - **Scope of Data:** Only the message body text is transmitted, without personally identifiable metadata (PII) or authentication tokens. - **Enterprise Privacy & Zero Retention:** Under our enterprise service terms, customer data is never used to train public machine learning models and is processed under strict zero-retention policies after translation delivery. - **User Control:** Instant translation is manual/opt-in by default, and legal arbitration/dispute communications are strictly exempt from automatic third-party transmission.
