Delete your Jusoor account
You can delete your account at any time from the app or from this page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
From the Jusoor app
Open the app → Settings → “Delete account permanently”, then enter your password (and your two-factor code if enabled) and confirm.
What is deleted
Your name, email, phone number, city and profile photo, your bio and portfolio, your Google sign-in link, and all sessions and notification devices. Your pending proposals are withdrawn, your open projects cancelled, and your services paused.
What we keep
Financial transaction records, invoices, contracts and dispute outcomes are kept with your identity removed, because the law requires us to retain them for a set period for accounting and fraud prevention.
Before you delete
Your account cannot be deleted while you have a wallet balance, a withdrawal in progress, an active contract, a service order in progress, or an open dispute. Settle these first; the system will tell you the reason if one applies.
